About Esentai / Al-Farabi

The Esentai complex turned a stretch of Al-Farabi Avenue into Almaty's most recognisable luxury node. The SOM-designed Esentai Tower, completed in 2008, rises 162 metres beside the Esentai Mall, whose tenant list runs from Dior to gourmet grocers, and the three residential towers that share the podium. Living here means designer retail, fine dining and a Class-A office address within a single block, with the 73-hectare First President's Park on the doorstep. For investors it is a prime, internationally legible asset, though one that trades less frequently than mainstream stock and carries the tenge and seismic considerations common to the whole market.
