The district benefits from strong infrastructure and proximity to major institutions along Medical City Street, including King Hussein Medical City, City Mall and Mecca Mall, plus leading international schools in the surrounding hills. Prices are the highest in Amman: building plots and villas start in the seven figures, and top estates in Dabouq and adjacent Al-Kursi can reach several million dinars. With an owner-occupier, ultra-prime profile, the area is built for capital preservation rather than rental income, so yields are modest by city standards.
