About West Bay

West Bay is Doha's central business district and most iconic skyline quarter, a coastal corridor of premium high-rise towers, embassies, government ministries, and luxury hotels (Sheraton Doha, St Regis, Four Seasons). The district is the most visible face of Qatar's Vision 2030 transformation, with the densest concentration of modern architecture in the country. Residential prices in West Bay towers run QAR 12,000-22,000 per square metre (USD 3,300-6,050) with gross yields of 5.5-7.0%. Foreign buyers can own freehold in designated zones, West Bay includes several such zones.
