Al Aziziyah is where everyday Mecca lives. East of the Haram and bordering the Mina tent city used during Hajj, it combines a genuine year-round residential community with one of the city's liveliest restaurant and shopping scenes. Families value the schools, clinics and proximity to King Abdullah Medical City, while its position next to Mina makes it a practical base during pilgrimage seasons. For investors it is the most conventional slice of Mecca's market, mid-market apartments with real local tenant demand rather than pure hospitality.
