About Vomero

Perched above the city and reached by three historic funiculars, Vomero is Naples' most comfortable residential quarter: a planned grid of early-20th-century apartment blocks, pedestrian shopping on Via Scarlatti, and the green Villa Floridiana. Castel Sant'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino offer some of the finest views over the bay and Vesuvius.
