Tassiriki spreads along the shores of Erakor Lagoon in the south of Port Vila, a residential district prized for its spacious houses, gardens and calm waterfront setting. It strikes a balance between tranquility and access to the center, and the sheltered lagoon, with its island resorts reachable by ferry, gives the area an easygoing, water-oriented life that families and foreigners favor. For investors it offers desirable residential and lagoon-side stock with family and expat rental demand.
