About Naama Bay

Naama Bay is the original heart of Sharm El Sheikh tourism: a crescent of sandy beach backed by a pedestrian promenade lined with palm trees, hotels, cafes and souvenir shops. By day it is a base for diving and snorkelling on the Red Sea's coral reefs; by night the promenade lights up with restaurants, shisha lounges, live-music venues and clubs, anchored by landmarks such as the Hard Rock Cafe, Camel Bar and Pacha. The Al Mustafa Mosque provides an architectural focal point at the inland edge of the district. For buyers, Naama Bay represents the most central - and most expensive - pocket of the Sharm resort market, priced largely in EUR and USD. Stock ranges from compact sea-view studios and one-bedroom holiday apartments to large villas in projects such as Royal Residence and El Shahd Residence. The intense footfall and 365-day tourism season make it a magnet for short-let holiday-rental investors, while the central location commands the city's top price-per-square-metre figures.
