Aerodrom is Skopje's growth engine on the residential side: the city's most populous municipality, laid out on a planned grid and continually adding contemporary apartment blocks. The East Gate Mall, plentiful schools and wide, walkable streets give it a modern, functional character that families and young professionals favor. For investors it is the value-and-volume play, with newer stock and a deep tenant pool delivering steady yields. The flip side of that active pipeline is supply risk: bursts of new construction can outpace demand and weigh on prices, a factor to weigh in a small national market.
