Casa Finance City

Casa Finance City sits at the heart of Casa-Anfa, the vast redevelopment of Casablanca's former Anfa airport into the city's most prestigious district. The CFC Tower anchors a financial core that hosts more than 200 member firms, while the surrounding streets offer leafy, planned living close to the Ain Diab coast and some of Morocco's best schools, including the flagship Lycee Lyautey. Life here is upscale and green. Anfa Park is expanding toward 50 hectares, Anfaplace Mall and the Corniche provide coastal leisure, and the district is among the safest and best-maintained in the city. It draws affluent Moroccans, finance executives, expats and diplomats who want Casablanca's top address. For investors, the trade-off is explicit: prestige and location come at the city's highest prices and lowest yields, around 4.4-5.5% gross. Luxury oversupply and a thin high-end resale pool temper the case, and the Casa-Anfa master plan is still being built out. Foreign buyers benefit from Morocco's open freehold regime but should treat this as a long-term prestige hold.
