About Senamiestis

Senamiestis is the storybook heart of Kaunas. Wrapped in the fork where the Nemunas and Neris rivers meet, its pedestrianised lanes wind between Gothic and Renaissance facades, opening onto Town Hall Square and running down the cafe-and-bar spine of Vilnius Street to Kaunas Castle and Santaka Park. It is the city's cultural and tourism focal point, alive with restaurants, galleries and visitors. Wealthier buyers are increasingly drawn to its historic flats and tourism-driven value.
