About Lev Ha'ir (City Centre)

Lev Ha'ir is Tel Aviv's central core: the walkable heart of the UNESCO White City, strung along Rothschild Boulevard with its kiosks and bike lanes, the Carmel Market, Dizengoff Street and Square, Habima Square and 1930s Bauhaus blocks. It is the city's most iconic address corridor. For investors, Lev Ha'ir is a blue-chip, capital-preservation and heritage play: prices ~€16,250–36,250/m² (the Rothschild corridor highest) with thin gross yields of ~2.5–3%. Foreigners may buy and register property in their own name; non-residents pay an 8–10% purchase tax, and there is no property-based golden visa.
